Level check patterns are patterns and trades that form around what we call strong and weak levels.
Level check trades are one of the best reaction trades you can execute within the RDTS.
Every chart presents you with strong and weak levels. In most cases, a level check trade has one control chart. For example, often you’ll hear me say something like… “Chart 4 control, strong level check.”
“My thesis for this trade is chart 4 is approaching a strong level check. I expect there will be a reaction there and that’s the next trade we are looking at.”
